The Rising Futures Transitional Residence was founded by three formerly incarcerated individuals who recognized the critical need for a supportive and dignified environment. Having walked this path ourselves, we deeply understand the challenges of rebuilding life with purpose. Empowering educational journeys
Our primary goal at The Rising Futures Transitional Residence is to house individuals actively engaged in educational opportunities begun while incarcerated. We are dedicated to providing a safe and comfortable environment that fosters continuous learning and successful reintegration into society. We aim to become the premier transitional residence for parolees pursuing post-secondary education.
Who we support
We primarily support California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation parolees who are committed to a post-secondary education program initiated during their incarceration. Our residents are individuals dedicated to transforming their lives through the partnership of the CDCR and the California State Universities.
