Empowering Men Through Education and Support
Rising Futures Transitional Residence aims to provide safe, stable, and supportive housing for recently released inmates in San Diego, California. Our purpose is to reduce recidivism while offering a structured environment combined with strong educational goals and supportive services that enable residents to reintegrate successfully into society. It is our hope that in time, Rising Futures will become known as the exclusive transitional residence for parolees involved in post-secondary education.
